The homepage now uses edge cache headers, so it loads faster. We also cleaned up the layout for readability and made the page easier for AI assistants and crawlers to use, with a direct answer block for common questions.
Install script for DID Optimizer
A new one-command install script adds AMDY to the DID Optimizer platform through AGI. The script fails open. If AMDY cannot be reached, your calls keep flowing without delay.
Team invites send login details by email
When you invite a teammate, they now get an email with their login and a temporary password. No more sharing credentials by hand.
Carrier report adds FAS % and honeypot %
The detections-by-carrier report now shows the false answer supervision (FAS) rate and honeypot rate for each carrier. We also fixed the human-exits-by-stage report to hide stages with zero exits, and removed the phone analysis report that could hang.
Reseller billing reconciliation
Phase 1 of reseller billing is here. Resellers get a read-only reconciliation view with wholesale costs and commission numbers.
Knowledge base in the portal
The knowledge base from the old portal is now available in the new portal. It is read-only, and access is gated by your account tier.
Per-carrier analytics
A new detections-by-carrier breakdown shows how each carrier performs, built on LERG carrier lookup data. The dashboard gained a card for each main carrier with human %, FAS %, and honeypot %. Carrier data is rolled up into daily buckets, so the reports stay small and load fast.
Install concierge and dashboard refresh
The dashboard now includes an AI install concierge that walks you through setting up AMDY on your server. The layout works on small screens, and analytics reports sit behind a compact icon rail.
Reseller portal
Resellers can now create and manage their own client accounts in the portal. The portal shows all of a reseller's clients in one aggregated view, with per-client and per-IP drill-down filters. Billing runs at the reseller rate across all client servers.
Google sign-in fix
Google sign-in no longer hard-fails. Existing users are welcomed back, and new users get an account created on first sign-in.
ROI calculator
A new ROI calculator shows what better detection is worth on your own traffic mix. It is based on a review of 2.3 billion answered calls on the AMDY network.
Blog launch
We launched the blog with guides on answering machine detection. Topics include carrier false answers, fast-greeting false positives, and the State of AMD 2026 report.
Human-exit-by-stage report
A new report shows where live callers drop out of the detection pipeline, with red and green human % graphs by location. The average detection time on the dashboard now counts human calls only, not a blend with machine calls.
Billing reliability fixes
Your balance is no longer credited when a PayPal capture is declined. If a card payment declines, you can add a different card and remove the bad one. Legacy clients can now add a card directly from Add Funds.
Per-IP HUMAN/AM ratio
Analytics now show the HUMAN to AM ratio for each IP, so you can spot a problem server fast. We also added a real support phone number to the contact page.
Portal goes fully live
The full portal moved to production. That includes the analytics suite, recording review, pricing, onboarding, and role-based access.
PayPal vault upgrade and guided install
Billing moved to PayPal's newer Setup Token and Payment Token vault flow, with automatic refunds and signed webhooks. After signup, a guided flow helps you register your server IP and start the install.
The new AMDY.IO portal
The portal launched with a new design system. It shipped with 19 analytics reports, recording browsing by detection type, a FAS-by-carrier report, and a free Sandbox tier with 50,000 detections per month.
